tax seminars All internationals are responsible for completing and filing tax returns, regardless of whether they did or did not earn income in the United States. International Student and Scholar Services sponsors tax seminars, usually in March and April, to provide general instruction for filling out tax forms. The seminars will be announced on our website in the What's New section and in The Daily Tar Heel. Tax forms will be available at International Student and Scholar Services in early March.
