PUBLIC SCHOOLS The Chapel Hill/Carrboro School System operates elementary schools (K-5), middle schools (grades 6-8), and high schools (grades 9-12). There is also a hospital school for those under extended care at UNC Hospitals. For further information about registering your child for school, immunizations, etc., contact the Registrar at the Chapel Hill-Carrboro School District Web Site. There are also several private schools in Chapel Hill and Durham. Check the "Yellow Pages" of the telephone directory. |
